Catalog description

This course provides an introduction to topics in discrete mathematics, including set theory, mathematical induction, permutations and combinations, binomial coefficients, recurrence relations, introductory logic, graph theory, and applications to computer science and probability. Prerequisite: A grade of C or better in MATH 156 or in MATH 166. (F, SP)
