This course explores social, political, and artistic movements in Britain including women's suffrage, Irish nationalism, the creation of the Labour Party and the British Union of Fascists. The course will examine the historical and cultural context of their emergence, growth, structure, and impact upon Britain and its empire. Prerequisite: HIST 102. (As offered)
