Catalog description

An examination of the principles, skills, and abilities to perform exercise testing and prescription based on up-to-date information and/or research covering current practices in exercise testing, exercise prescription, physical education, physiology, and the health-related benefits of regular physical activity. Emphasis is placed on developing sound theoretical understanding and well as hands-on applications of exercise testing and prescription. Prerequisites: EXSS 366 Offering Term(s): Fall, Spring
