Catalog description

In this course students examine the functions of the human body. The course covers normal physiology, as well as selected diseases. Concepts are organized by systems: Endocrine, Cardiovascular, Respiratory, Renal, Muscular and Gastrointestinal. Additional content includes an introductory section on the cell and nervous system with a final integration across the organ systems. Prerequisites: BIOL 150. (F, SP)
