Catalog description

This course requires candidates to comprehensively study recruitment strategies, hiring processes and compensation, for certified and non-certified staff as well as follow up processes for developing and supporting employees through on-boarding and mentor programs, staff development, and employee evaluation. Candidates will also study due process for staff, legal requirements for hiring, and employee conduct. Prerequisites: NONE Offering Term(s): Spring
