Responsible Leadership of District Financial Resources and Facilities

Catalog description

This course requires candidates to explore the responsibilities inherent in managing financial resources and facilities of a school district. Candidates will gain experience planning, assessing and prioritizing needs, budgeting and risk management. Candidates will also be expected to utilize various data and evaluation methods in creating a district budget that includes management of multiple facilities. Prerequisites: NONE Offering Term(s): Fall
