Catalog description

This course completes the students' experiences as an educational leader in areas of planning, decision making, communication, problem analysis, and human relations; investigation of contemporary issues in educational leadership; analysis of leadership behavior in realistic settings; and relationship of leadership actions to human behavior. Content is based on the state and national administrator standards.
