This course is designed to facilitate practical, theoretical, and critical analyses of the role of communication in interpersonal conflict and negotiation. We will explore a variety of approaches to conflict within a variety of contexts. This course covers three major areas of study: conflict theories, managing conflict through negotiation, and managing conflict through mediation. (As offered)
