Catalog description

This course reviews and extends introductory chemistry content from a typical high school chemistry experience. The course also links the chemistry content to modern society through the exploration of topics such as sustainability, pollution, climate change, energy, and health & medicine. Prerequisites: High school chemistry is advised, but not required. Cannot be taken with prior credit for CHEM 100, CHEM 111, or CHEM 115. (F, SS, W)
