Catalog description
Students will conduct laboratory and/or literature research in a specialized area under the direction of a faculty mentor. Maximum of 1 credit per semester. Safety goggles, scientific calculator, and a lab notebook may be required. Enrollment with departmental permission and the identification of a faculty mentor. No more than one credit of BIOT 295 may be counted toward a BIOT major. Prerequisite: Consent of the instructor. (F, Sp, Ss, W)
