Epigenetics examines how the environment shapes genes. Epigenetic phenomena are widespread and have implications for diverse fields including human disease, behavior, nutrition and evolution. This course surveys examples of epigenetic phenomena and their underlying mechanisms. Prerequisite: BIOL 240 (Sp)
