Catalog description

Students will learn skills necessary for laboratory research in biology. These skills will include experiment design, reagent preparation, data analysis, maintaining a laboratory notebook, presentation of research results, and specific laboratory techniques. Repeatable with permission of instructor. Prerequisites: BIOL 150 or 160, CHEM 111 and 116 or CHEM 130 (F, Sp)
