Catalog description

This class further explores formal, technical, and conceptual approaches to drawing. Topics will include introduction of color in drawing as a descriptive, compositional, and expressive tool, figurative drawings, and matting. Students will develop technical drawing skills, acquire new conceptual approaches to drawing, and strengthen the aesthetic and expressive qualities of their drawings. Prerequisite: ART 131. Course fee required. (As offered)
