Catalog description

The course will encompass the basic theories and verbiage of equine evaluation/judging. Focus topics will include, but not be limited to, horse conformation, effectively taking notes for each horse class, turning notes into a set of reasons, and how to give reasons. Evaluation criteria for Halter, Western Pleasure, Hunter Under Saddle, Equitation, Horsemanship, Trail, Reining, and Arabian classes will be provided. (Sp)
