This course includes functional anatomy and conformation of the horse along with physiologic system description and effective management and analysis. Hands on laboratory will reinforce lecture topics and include physical exam, hoof, shoeing, behavior, and oral evaluation. Routine procedures such as vaccination, bandaging and wound care will also be included. (F,Sp)
