This course focuses on human resource management in the context of agricultural businesses. Topics include leadership, role of managers in agribusiness, communication in the workplace, professionalism, ethics in agribusinesses, legal issues in agribusinesses, hiring new and keeping employees, pay and benefits for agribusinesses, managing a workplace, and negotiation. Prerequisite: At least Junior standing (F, Sp)
