Math & Science Practicum

Catalog description

This immersive practicum experience provides elementary education majors with a semester-long, 80-hour field experience supporting science and/or mathematics instruction in an elementary or middle school classroom. Students will support learning through whole group, small group, and one-on-one instruction. Components: Practicum Prereqs/Coreqs: P: Admission to the School of Education grade of B- or higher in TEACHING 4000 ; C: TEACHING 3840 , TEACHING 4370 , TEACHING 3540 , and TEACHING 4400 Typically Offered: Fall - Spring
