This course explores the principles and practices of managing multiple, interrelated projects within an organizational context. Emphasizing program and portfolio management, students will examine frameworks for aligning projects with strategic objectives, optimizing resource allocation, and managing interdependencies across initiatives. Key topics include project selection and prioritization, risk and performance management across a portfolio, stakeholder engagement strategies, and the use of tools such as program dashboards and portfolio governance models.
