All projects are constrained by scope, schedule, and cost. Knowing how to manage these in tandem is necessary to complete the project successfully and deliver value to stakeholders. Managing the triple constraints ensures the successful management of key project management areas, including, scope, time, cost, and quality because they are the foundation upon which the overall project management plan is prepared. Topics include managing and validating product and project scope, schedule, and cost, creating work breakdown structures, and controlling changes to ensure quality. Components: Class Prereqs/Coreqs: P: PROJMGT 7010 and PROJMGT 7020 and PROJMGT 7090 with grades of 'C' or higher Typically Offered: Fall - Spring
