Catalog description

This course will be a unique opportunity to be exposed to sport/physical activity from the standpoint of psychological aspects contributing to participation and associated psychological outcomes of participation. This course examines psychological theories and research and their application to the sport/physical activity-related/coaching affect, behaviors, and cognitions of participants and the individual and environmental factors that shape these outcomes.
