Worksite and Corporate Wellness Management

Catalog description

This course prepares students to design, implement, manage, and evaluate evidence-informed wellness programs across worksite, corporate, and private settings. Emphasis is placed on needs assessment, inclusive program design, legal/ethical considerations, sales and retention fundamentals, HR and team operations, budgeting and ROI, branding/marketing, and technology enablement.
