This course examines the foundations of mental and emotional health, resilience, and well-being across the lifespan. Students explore interconnected dimensions of wellness, stress responses, coping strategies, and resilience-building. The course highlights contemporary mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, and social-emotional development.
