Assessment and Educational Technology in Physical Education

Catalog description

This course merges foundations of assessment and screening in K-12 physical education with hands-on use of educational technologies common to health and physical education. Students learn to select, design, administer, and interpret valid assessments aligned to SHAPE standards while leveraging tools such as Google Workspace, learning platforms, AI-assisted planning, fitness trackers, and multimedia to enhance instruction, feedback, and program evaluation.
