Adventure Ed Facilitation Lab

Catalog description

This lab requires the physical education teacher candidates to assist in the facilitation of groups who attend the UW-Platteville ropes and challenge course. Teacher candidates will design and facilitate a sequential experience for the participants, and become proficient in facilitating, belaying, safety, and processing techniques. This practicum will allow candidates to practice and improve their teaching techniques with a variety of populations. Components: Laboratory Prereqs/Coreqs: P: HHP 2330 Typically Offered: Spring
