It is often said that "those who don't know history are doomed to repeat it." In an effort to remedy this, this course deep dives into the sensational foundational cases responsible for putting each of the major forensic disciplines "on the map." Beginning in 44 BCE (Julius Caesar) and progressing through to present day (Joseph DeAngelo Jr.), seminal cases are discussed and debated, with guest presenters sharing expertise relevant to each week's topic.
