Catalog description

This is the second of four courses in the Early Childhood Leadership Credential. The course will cover the leadership roles, responsibilities and skills necessary for excellence in early childhood programs. Ethics, reflective practice, cultural sensitivity, staff development and program vision will be examined.It is required that the Leadership Credential courses be taken sequentially.
