This course is designed to provide students with foundational knowledge in budgetary theory as well as equip students with the basic financial management tools needed for effective public financial administration. The various concepts are presented and applied using actual examples, problems, and exercises that reinforce the concepts. Components: Class Typically Offered: Fall
