Catalog description

This course equips students with the tools and knowledge to critically evaluate, design, and implement sustainability strategies and policies across sectors. With a focus on the intersection of environmental, social, and economic systems, students will explore how organizations, governments, and communities manage sustainability challenges and opportunities. Through a mix of systems thinking, design thinking, and practical tools—including sustainability assessments, policy analysis, and ROI models—students will build actionable skills to lead change. Case studies, collaborative projects, and critical discussion will prepare students to navigate and influence sustainability practices in business and policy arenas locally and globally.
