Relationships provide the foundation for successful business and personal interactions. The course prepares students for success in building relationships that lead to customer acquisition and retention. Students learn how to build value, develop win-win scenarios, develop their leadership style, negotiating skills and managing the selling process. Course examples and strategies will canvas a wide range of industries that include business, agriculture, engineering, and sports marketing.
