Catalog description

This course consists of two major topics of study: (a) A study of the nature and theory of fire hazards; pre-planning to prevent fires; the systems approach to fire protection services; the technology of fire control; and the application of theory and technology to solving fire problems; and (b) developing an understanding of the principles and concepts inherent to the environmental regulatory structure within the United States and the State of Wisconsin.
