Catalog description

This course will provide students with an exposure to all aspects of the processes, equipment and materials relating to the Heavy Highway and infrastructure construction. The students will also be introduced to contract administration including, submittals and subcontracts. The students will learn the various construction management responsibilities such as the development of daily production reports, daily erosion control reports, safety audits, traffic control inspection etc. Components: Laboratory, Class Prereqs/Coreqs: P: AETM 2430 and AETM 3180 Typically Offered: Fall - Spring
