Core topics are natural hazards (earthquakes, flooding, tornadoes, hurricanes), and anthropogenic hazards (climate change, nuclear hazards, overpopulation). Additional topics may be covered: coastal hazards, pollution, other atmospheric hazards, impacts from space, extinctions, biohazards, chemical hazards, and terrorism.
