Catalog description

In this course students explore what makes something money and when, why, and where money started and changed. Students also examine crimes based on money such as counterfeiting, embezzlement, forgery, fraud, identity theft, money laundering, and swindling. Students study how money and its related crimes have become a system that shapes us and how different people around the world experience this system. Offered Annually.
