Catalog description

This course is designed to introduce students to the pathology of injuries and illnesses of the body systems and treated by allied health professionals. Topics included are categorized into physiological responses to trauma, disease, inflammatory responses, and autoimmune/immunodeficiency responses to various diseases/syndromes/conditions. Prerequisite: ESS 206 or BIO 313 ; declared major in exercise and sport science - kinesiology. Offered Fall, Spring, Summer.
