Catalog description

This is a course in hardware and software interfacing for microcontrollers. This course includes inter-component communication using I2C, SPI and UART. Practical issues are discussed including signal integrity, debounce, level-shifting, and clock and power distribution. Lect. 2, Lab 2. Prerequisite: CS 272 ; or CPE 212 , PHY 334 , and PHY 335 . Offered Spring.
