This course explores nutrition principles, current issues in the field, and evidence-based educational methodologies. Students examine contemporary nutritional trends, dietary behaviors, cultural influences on eating patterns, and topics relevant to both personal and community nutrition. Designed for individuals working in or preparing for roles in health education and behavior change, this course is well suited for clinical health professionals, public health practitioners, fitness and wellness professionals, community nutrition educators, and food and nutrition science professionals.
