This course introduces students to the basic concepts of psychopharmacology and the function of the organs and systems of the human body and brain. The course defines biological and chemical aspects of various drugs as well as discuss bio-psycho-social- and environmental approaches to understanding substance use. P: Sophomore standing Spring.
