This course introduces students to professional nursing concepts for delivery of person-centered, quality nursing care across health settings. Active learning is emphasized as students learn the nursing process and develop clinical judgment skills. Students are introduced to the role of the nurse as a member of the interprofessional healthcare team. P: Admission to the Traditional Nursing Major Spring.
