Catalog description

This course provides an introduction to the fundamental principles and methods of statistical design of experiments. Key topics include randomization, replication, blocking, single-factor ANOVA, multiple comparisons, randomized block designs, Latin squares, factorial and fractional factorial designs, as well as model adequacy. The statistical software R will be used for computations and analysis. P: MATH 104 with at least a C grade and MATH 260 with at least a C grade. Spring Even.
