Study and writing of a single topic in creative writing (for example: humor writing, flash fiction, graphic narrative, or writing for entertainment), including individual and group criticism of original student materials in workshop context. Course is repeatable for credit if topics differ; may be taken 2 times for a total of 6 credits. P: ENGLISH 212 or ENGLISH 228 or ENGLISH 201 .
