This course provides pre-service teachers with a foundation for understanding the teaching profession and the nature of learners. The course combines both theory and practice in the art and science of teaching. P: Adm to teacher educ; grade of B or better in EDUC 290 , 291 and 340 ; OR admission to the Organizational Leadership major Fall and Spring.
