Media Center Technology

Catalog description

This course is meant to provide an overview of and how to use the technology available to students within the TEAMS Media Center. Students will learn proper technique and how to independently produce their own media products utilizing the different technologies available to them through the TEAMS Media Center. Students will spend a majority of their time gaining direct hands-on experience in producing media. Opportunities will be provided to students to consider cross-disciplinary applications of the media they can produce in the Media Center. By the end of the course, students will be able to independently reserve and operate Media Center resources for coursework, personal creative projects, and paid work opportunities. Fall and Spring.
