Catalog description

This course explores how to start and grow ventures in the hospitality and tourism industry, including lodging, restaurants, events, and travel. Students learn to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, design business models, evaluate feasibility and resource requirements, address fundamental legal and operational issues, and recognize the key factors to consider when launching a hospitality or tourism business.
