Develop proficiency in planning and executing complex operations, functioning as a staff member and mentoring subordinates. Explore training management, staff collaboration and developmental counseling techniques. Lab instruction is designed to increase students’ organizational-level, mentoring and assessment skills. Physical Training requires mentoring junior Cadets in techniques to improve muscular strength and endurance and cardio-respiratory capacity. Includes strength and aerobic exercises, water confidence training, distance running, military drills and team sports. Physical Training attendance required three days per week.
