This course is an in-depth analysis and critique of current topics in organizational behavior with a focus on applying theory and academic research to improve individual and team level performance, behaviors, and attitudes. Topics include work-life balance, wellness, stress, creativity, positive organizational scholarship, dark workplace behaviors/characteristics, positive work environments, change and development.
