Catalog description

This course is a broad survey of important aspects of corporate sustainability. Topics include the three P’s and the triple bottom line (people, planet, and profit), the UN Sustainable Development Goals and their impact for business, stakeholder-based view of the firm and nature of the sustainable enterprise, challenges of managing sustainable business practices, and managerial approaches of transformational change towards sustainable practices. Assigned readings, case studies, class discussions, and both group and individual assignments will be used to study these topics.
