Catalog description

This course provides a thorough understanding of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies and techniques designed to identify, analyze, and resolve the underlying causes of problems within organizations. Participants will learn the importance of RCA in improving processes, enhancing product quality, and preventing recurrence of issues. Course covers various RCA tools and techniques, including the 5 Whys, Fishbone (Ishikawa) diagrams, and Fault Tree Analysis. Students will engage in practical exercises and case studies to apply these methodologies in real-world scenarios, fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
