The marketplace has changed dramatically over the last 20 years. To compete and grow, small businesses must do more than just give lip service to putting the customer at the center of the business. In this course students will learn the different paths to business ownership, how to effectively market new products, management strategies for the 21st century, and how to plan financially for a business.
