Catalog description

This course challenges students to plan, design, and fabricate a project that demonstrates creativity, accuracy, and industry-level craftsmanship. Students will engage in project planning, blueprint drafting, material selection, and safe operation of fabrication equipment. Emphasis is placed on producing work that is plumb, level, square, and weld-quality compliant. The course concludes with students presenting their projects through a professional paper and oral presentation that connect design intent to final results.
