Catalog description

Basic properties of real numbers; linear equations and inequalities; quadratic equations; graphs of linear and quadratic equations. Intended to prepare students for MATH 085 . Also serves as preparation for MATH 080 or certain courses in other departments. Not open to students who scored 3 or higher on the Math Placement Exam or who have received credit for MATH 085 or higher. Section information text: Pre-req: MATH 074 or a Score of 2 on the Math Placement Exam.
